If you wish to pay by Childcare Vouchers or by the Tax Free Childcare Scheme, you will need to have enough credit in your account before you are able to compete a booking.
You will need to arrange your childcare voucher payment using the relevant details for your provider in advance of completing any bookings.

Once we receive notification of your payment, we will credit your account. If you are using Tax-Free Childcare, please email [email protected] with your reference number(s) and total amount transferred with an accompanying screenshot of your payment.
The processing time depends on your childcare voucher provider, but usually it takes 1-3 days to reach us.
